Hyblene i kollektivet er 8-9 kvm og er fullt møblert med seng, skrivebord med stol, skap, god oppbevaringsplass og tilgang til internett. Kollektivet består av 4 hybler som deler ferdig møblert kjøkken/stue og bad. Hyblene kan seg imellom variere litt i størrelse og hyblene er beliggende fra høy 1 til 4 etasje i eiendommen.
Hyblene i kollektivet inneholder:
- Seng med oppbevaring og hovedmadrass
- Skrivepult med stol
- Skap for oppbevaring av klær og inventar
- Hylle over seng med lys
- Egen sportsbod og innendørs sykkelparkering er inkludert
- Tilgang til internett
- Ferdig møblert kjøkken og stue. Området er møblert med sofa, salongbord, TV, spisebord og stoler.
- Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man trenger. Dette inkluderer komfyr, koketopp, kjøleskap/fryser, vask og oppvaskmaskin. I tillegg er alt av fat, glass, kopper og kar på plass. Hos oss deler to beboere hvert sitt eget kjøleskap og fryseboks.

Tilleggskostnader
I tillegg til den ordinære husleien betales det a-konto for strøm /fjernvarme per måned.
Fjernvarme/strøm avregnes 1 gang pr år etter 2. studiesemester basert på faktisk forbruk.
Leietaker er ansvarlig for å tegne innboforsikring og har tilgang til felles vaskeri som kan brukes mot betaling.

Campus Living er en profesjonell eier, drifter og utvikler av studentboliger i Norge. Vårt mål er å øke tilbudet av gode studentboliger med sentrale beliggenheter, slik at vi kan bidra til at du som student skal få en best mulig studietid.
Vi er opptatt av at du skal føle deg som hjemme og trygg hos oss på Campus Living. Utenfor arbeidstiden til utleieansvarlig og vaktmester har vi en avtale med vektertjeneste, samt en vakttelefon. For å sikre våre leietakeres trygghet til enhver tid, kan disse kontaktes dersom nødsituasjoner, uro eller andre uønskede hendelser skulle oppstå.
Våre vektere utfører inspeksjoner til varierende tider for å redusere uønsket ferdsel og adferd samt sørge for at våre husordensregler opprettholdes. Alle våre eiendommer har kameraovervåking i inngangspartier, samt brannalarm med direktekobling til brannvesenet og vekterselskap.

- Fully furnished kitchen and living room. The area is furnished with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table and chairs.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This includes a stove, hob, fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. In addition, everything from saucers, glasses, cups and tubs is in place. With us, two residents each share their own refrigerator and freezer.
- Tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, mirror and cupboard, as well as additional toilet. In addition, there is one additional toilet in the collective.
