Keys can be collected from the rental office. You will find this at the entrance. If this does not suit, we ask tenants to contact the rental manager at Campus 360 for another agreement no later than 3 working days before arrival (email: 360@campus-living.no). If there is a need to meet the rental manager in person outside opening hours, it may therefore be wise to arrange a meeting in advance. This can be done by sending an e-mail to: 360@campus-living.no - When you come to pick up keys, you must show proof of admission for study (receipt from co-ordinated admission etc) as well as a receipt for the deposit. Without this, we will not offer any move-in.
It is possible to stand at the entrance to unload belongings if you have paid for parking, but as soon as you have finished the car must be moved to the car park. The area is regulated by the municipality, and there is a payment machine at the entrance to the car park.
All tenants of Campus Living 360 can report damages and defects. As a tenant or applicant, you can also report defects here.
The following information applies to anyone moving out:
Remember to report the date you are moving out. This is done by sending an e-mail to 360@campus-living.no
You will receive information about moving out.
90 days before your lease expires, you will receive a checklist for your own use. This is used in connection with washing and moving. This list is identical to the one that the rental manager or caretaker later uses when inspecting your home. Also report faults and defects that have occurred during your stay, whether it is wear and tear that we cover, or damage that you yourself are responsible for covering.
On move-out day: come to the rental office and ask for a check as soon as you are completely finished so we can send a caretaker (by 3pm). You then get an opportunity to correct any errors/shortcomings at the sink.
We want everyone to wash dormitories / flats thoroughly before inspection. If something needs to be corrected, time must be set aside for this before our working day is over. We therefore ask that the inspection be carried out by 15:00.
When you are ready for us to look over, visit us in the rental office or send us an e-mail at 360@campus-living.no. We will then send an employee who will come to the home as soon as possible. We want the tenant to be available for information about any improvements and instructions from the inspector. Inspection must therefore be carried out with the tenant present.
Moving out without a check?
If you move out, without the letting manager or caretaker having checked the washing, there may be deficiencies in the cleanliness. It is easy to overlook something, even if you are thorough. Should it be necessary for us to carry out further cleaning, the cost of this will be invoiced at NOK 550 per started class. In the case of very poor cleaning, a cleaning agency will carry out the work at fixed rates.
