Keys can be collected from the rental office. You will find this at the entrance. If this does not suit, we ask tenants to contact the rental manager at Campus 360 for another agreement no later than 3 working days before arrival (email: email@example.com). If there is a need to meet the rental manager in person outside opening hours, it may therefore be wise to arrange a meeting in advance. This can be done by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org - When you come to pick up keys, you must show proof of admission for study (receipt from co-ordinated admission etc) as well as a receipt for the deposit. Without this, we will not offer any move-in.

If something needs to be corrected, time must be set aside for this before our working day is over. We therefore ask that the inspection be carried out by 15:00. When you are ready for us to look over, visit us in the rental office or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
