All tenants who live in our collectives with 7, 8 and 14 people are included in a rotation arrangement for cleaning common areas. The administration at the student town has made rotation lists for the distribution of work between tenants. It is important that this work is carried out for good well-being and hygiene.
The cleaning is checked at least once a week, but if necessary it can be checked even more frequently! If the work is not satisfactory, a report on deficiencies is left. If we believe there is a need for further follow-up of the cleaning, a new check will be carried out the following day. If the cleaning is still not approved, a cleaning company will be contacted to improve the cleaning at the tenant's expense. It is therefore very important that the responsible tenant contacts the administration or caretaker if the feedback via form is perceived as unclear.
The lists must be signed by the tenant after work has been completed.
NB! When the washing lists say that the person in charge must put clean cups in the dishwasher, we mean that the person who has washing week must see to it that it is done. Everyone must still take joint responsibility in the kitchen. If cups and dishes are not put in/taken out, it will not be possible to keep the kitchen clean either.
Lack of cleaning is seen as a breach of the lease with Campus Voll and may lead to termination of the contract or refusal to renew the lease.
Every year we have cleaners who wash down all communal kitchens and living rooms when you move in in August. This will be done at the beginning of August, and it is not certain that they will have taken your kitchen before you move in. These are in continuous use, so unfortunately it is not possible to keep them clean throughout the entire move-in period either.
The tenant must provide a deposit equivalent to NOK. NOK 10,000 for dormitories and NOK. NOK 16,000 for an apartment.
Rental guarantee is provided by Tryg forsikring, the cost of the guarantee is 14% of 3 months. rent.
It is possible to rent outdoor parking at Voll. Monthly rent is NOK 550. Limited number and first come, first served.
Short-term parking can be done at the machine (parking at the veterinary clinic) or the "smart park" app.
All dormitories have access to indoor bicycle parking and a separate storage room. The stalls are located in the same building as your dormitory or apartment. Each individual must provide their own contents insurance.
Campus Living Voll must be quiet from 23:00 to 07:00 on weekdays and from 24:00 to 07:00 on weekends. The tenant must follow these house rules.
