To apply for a lease with Campus Voll, you must send us a request here. State the desired collective type, place of study, a short presentation of yourself and we will contact relevant applicants. Contracts are signed, and you can look forward to moving into Campus Voll. We primarily only offer a display of our dormitories on the website. Get in touch if you want to book a viewing.
Letting is well under way and all the dormitories are let out continuously! First come, first served!
Can I choose the exact housing and live with friends?
In the application form, you can choose the desired housing type. Campus Voll has 11 different housing types in the property, which were built in 2019. The housing types vary primarily according to size and number of dormitories per collective. The housing types may vary slightly in size, floor plan and are located on the 1st to 5th floor of the property. Exact accommodation is allocated by the landlord upon takeover, but please indicate in the application if you wish to live with friends
Who can live on Campus Voll?
You are between 18 and 35 years old and a student either at a school, vocational school, college or university approved by Lånekassen. Minimum part-time student 15 credits per semester. If you are under the age of 18, your parents can be responsible for the lease. The maximum period for living in our student accommodation is 5 years.

What is the rental period?
We enter into leases for one year at a time, that is from 1 August to 27 July of the following year. If you are going to continue to rent from Campus Voll, the tenancy will still end on 31 July, so that you will not be left without accommodation. (Note that a new contract is not guaranteed, and must be applied for.) The tenancy cannot be terminated by the tenant during the tenancy.
What does rent and communal costs include?
The ordinary rent includes internet, drainage, caretaker services, weekly cleaning of the collective, common access and living areas. Access to attractive common areas.
We are concerned that you will have the best study day, which is why we have built several areas that everyone who lives with us has access to. Meet your neighbors over a game of shuffleboard or foosball, or watch a movie in the TV lounge. You will also find your own reading room, large roof terrace and backyard, communal laundry and bicycle parking in the building. We want to create a good living environment where residents can thrive, make friends, and have a good and safe home during their studies. Use of common living areas (including laundry) must take place within the current opening hours, currently weekdays from 07:00 to 23:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 24:00.
What facilities and common areas are there?
Campus Voll invites you to a simple and practical study day. Here you will find your own reading room in the building, there will be access to a dedicated activity room with various game activities and a big screen, as well as a large roof terrace and a backyard for the common enjoyment of everyone who lives there. On the first floor you will find groceries, as well as public transport just outside the front door.•
All our dormitories have modern surfaces and furnishings, and contain:• Tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, mirror and storage
Cleaning of common areas and the collectives
The cleaning company cleans common areas daily and the common areas in the collectives weekly. The administration at Campus Voll has created a to-do list here that tenants must follow so that our cleaning company has access to wash all surfaces in the collectives. Every year we have cleaners who wash down all communal kitchens and living rooms when you move in in August. This will be done at the beginning of August, and it is not certain that they will have taken your kitchen before you move in. These are in continuous use, so unfortunately it is not possible to keep them clean throughout the entire move-in period either.
Do I have to have a deposit?
The tenant can choose between a deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent, or a rental guarantee equivalent to 3 months' rent.
Is there parking in the property?
It is possible to rent an indoor parking space in the property. Tenants can rent a parking space by contacting us at campusvoll.no
Are there stalls and bicycle parking?
All dormitories have access to indoor bicycle parking and a separate storage room. The stalls are located on the same level as the main entrance. Entrance to the right of the reading room. Each individual must provide their own padlock for their own stall.
It must be quiet on Campus Voll from 07:00 to 23.00 on weekdays and at weekends from 08:00 to 24:00. The tenant must follow normal house rules. If the tenant is often complained about, the landlord can consider terminating the tenant. Do you experience noise/party noise after these times? Is the internet a noble of the rent and how fast is it?
The rent includes free access to wireless internet in the property.attached .
It is not permitted to keep animals. The exception is if there are good reasons for keeping animals and that it is not a disadvantage for the landlord or other residents of the property.
Lost keys or need help with locking?
If you, as a tenant at Canpus Voll, have lost or misplaced keys and need help with locking outside the rental manager's and caretaker's working hours. Then Avarn Security can be helpful with this. Get in touch directly on 916 45 956 This costs NOK 1,000 and will be invoiced to the tenant (see price list)
What is my mailing address?
Your address on Campus Voll
Campus Voll has its own facility for residual waste. This is available in the property's parking basement and on the outside of the property at the entrance to the parking facility.
Campus Voll values fire safety. The property was built in 2021 and has a comprehensive fire alarm system and sprinkler system.
In the communal laundry, you will find both washing machines and tumble dryers. Washing machines are self-dosing, and separate detergent or fabric softener must not be used. Using your own detergent or fabric softener could damage machines and cause leakage. Both detergent and fabric softener are perfume-free to protect users with allergies. Our laundry from Electrolux has its own app called AirWallet where you can book machines and get a complete overview of the laundry. You can see how many machines are in use at any time and fill on a laundry account with electronic payment. The communal laundry is on the same level as the main entrance. Price list additional services
Extra services or unfulfilled obligations according to the contract will be invoiced. Amounts invoiced must cover actual costs/expenses. The attachment below provides a price estimate. Click here to download the annex to the lease: Price list of additional services
Keys can be collected from the rental office. You will find this at the entrance. If this does not suit, we ask tenants to contact the rental manager at Campus Voll for another agreement no later than 3 working days before arrival (email: 360campus@hem.no). If there is a need to meet the rental manager in person outside opening hours, it may therefore be advisable to arrange a meeting in advance. This can be done by sending an e-mail to campusvoll@hem.no . NB! When you come to pick up the keys, you must present proof of admission to study (receipt from co-ordinated admission etc) as well as a receipt for the deposit. Without this, we will not offer any move-in.
It is possible to stand at the entrance to unload belongings if you have paid for parking, but as soon as you have finished the car must be moved to the car park. The area is regulated by the municipality, and there is a payment machine at the entrance to the car park.
All tenants at Campus Voll can report damages and defects. As a tenant or applicant, you can also report errors and deficiencies here .
The following information applies to anyone moving out: Remember to report the date you are moving out. This is done by sending an e-mail to tom@campus-living.noMoving out without a check? you move out, without the letting manager or caretaker having checked the washing, there may be deficiencies in the cleanliness. It is easy to overlook something, even if you are thorough. Should it be necessary for us to carry out further cleaning, the cost of this will be invoiced at NOK 500 per started class. In the case of very poor cleaning, a cleaning agency will carry out the work at fixed rates.
