We want all our residents to feel safe and at home at Campus Living. That’s why we have a dedicated team that is available to our residents 24/7.
Outside the working hours of our community manager and caretaker, we have an agreement with security services who are working to ensure your safety and well-being. Our security guards conduct inspections of varying scopes and at different times to reduce unwanted traffic and behaviour, and to maintain our house rules. With security guards present, you always have someone to contact around the clock. Entrances to each property also have camera surveillance.
We have fire alarms in all our properties with direct connections to the fire department and security company. It is important that all our residents take the time to familiarise themselves with fire instructions and escape routes.
