In addition to the ordinary rent, electricity/district heating is paid on account 450,- per month. District heating/electricity is settled once a year after the second semester based on actual consumption.

Campus Living is a professional owner, operator and developer of student housing in Norway. Our goal is to increase the supply of good student housing in central locations, so that we can help you as a student to have the best possible study time.
We want you to feel at home and safe with us at Campus Living. Outside the working hours of the rental manager and caretaker, we have an agreement with a security service, as well as a security phone. To ensure our tenants' safety at all times, they can be contacted in the event of emergencies, disturbances or other undesirable events. Our security guards carry out inspections at varying times to reduce unwanted traffic and behavior and ensure that our house rules are maintained. All our properties have camera surveillance in the entrances, as well as fire alarms with direct connection to the fire department and security company.
